KK Property Services was built for owners who don’t want to be just another account number. I keep my portfolio deliberately small so that every property, owner and tenant gets the same level of care I’d give my own home.

I coordinate repairs through a trusted network of vetted vendors. Urgent issues are handled promptly, and you approve larger expenses before work begins.
